- Managed the launch of 3 Customer Self Service (CSS) websites from discovery to launch, through discovery workshops, client demo, client negotiation and feedback sessions
- Led the design and implementation of product custom features, through development and integration of business systems to satisfy 100% of the client’s business requirements
- Conducted recurring gap analysis between the CSS product and clients requests through collaboration with clients to avoid unforeseen project roadblocks, reducing rework by 40%
- Resolved 80% of the client’s issues and inquiries on business and technical requirements through data analysis using SQL queries and solutions testing with various teams
- Created test case templates for future products from existing test cases reducing the amount of test re-creation work by 60%
