  • Conducted recurring gap analysis between the CSS product and clients requests through collaboration with clients to avoid unforeseen project roadblocks, reducing rework by 40%
  • Resolved 80% of the client’s issues and inquiries on business and technical requirements through data analysis using SQL queries and solutions testing with various teams
  • Created test case templates for future products from existing test cases reducing the amount of test re-creation work by 60%
